Terms, plainly.

What Carepost does

• Plans a week of Instagram posts for your brand, writes the captions and designs the slides.
• Publishes to the Instagram account you connected — in review mode only what you approved; in autopilot, which you switch on yourself, on the schedule you set.
• Reports how your posts did. It’s a tool with an AI inside, not an agency: you stay the editor and the publisher of record.

Your account

• You sign in with Google. Keep that account secure; what happens under it is yours.
• You must be 18 or older and allowed to post for the brand you set up.
• One person can belong to several brands; a brand can have several people with different roles. The brand’s owner decides who.

Your content and ours

• Your brand’s name, logo, photos and anything you type stay yours. You give us permission to use them only to run the service for you.
• Posts Carepost drafts for you are yours once drafted — use them on Carepost or anywhere else.
• Don’t upload what you have no right to use, and don’t use Carepost for anything illegal, deceptive, hateful or against Instagram’s rules. We can pause a brand that does.
• AI drafts can be wrong. You check before you approve; what you approve is your statement, not ours.

Instagram

• Connecting Instagram lets Carepost publish and read insights for that account, through Meta’s official interface, under Meta’s terms.
• Disconnect any time from your Brand page. If Meta changes the rules or your token expires, posting stops until you reconnect — we tell you when that happens.

Trial, price, cancelling

• Every brand starts with 14 free days. No card needed to start.
• After that, one monthly price per brand, charged through Stripe. The price is shown when you subscribe and in your billing portal.
• Cancel any time from the billing portal; you keep access until the end of the paid month. No refunds for part months, no questions if you leave.
• If a payment fails, everything keeps running for 14 days while you fix the card. After that, planning and posting pause until you do.

What we promise, and don’t

• We work to keep Carepost up, your data safe, and posts going out on time. We don’t guarantee any result — reach, followers or sales depend on your brand and Instagram, not on us.
• Carepost is provided as is. If something goes wrong on our side, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.
• We may change or stop features with notice in the app. If we stop the service entirely, you get at least 30 days and your data on request.

Ending things

• You: delete your account from the Account page or by writing to hello@carephoto.art.
• Us: we can close an account that breaks these terms or stays unpaid for over a month, with notice to the owner’s email.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Care Artificial Intelligence Research and Consulting LLC is registered. If we end up in a dispute, we first try to sort it out by email; most things are a misunderstanding.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we say so in the app before it takes effect. Carrying on using Carepost after that means you accept the new version.
